What is the Nürburgring / Nordschleife

The Nürburgring is a motor racing circuit located in Nürburg and the surrounding villages in the region of Ahrweiler, Germany.
It is one of the largest motor sports centers in the world, both in terms of its history and its multiple routes, in particular the famous North Loop (Nordschleife in German) of more than 20 kilometers and considered one of the most difficult routes.
The Nürburgring has hosted the German Motor Grand Prix many times with several different races, contested first on the northern loop and then, from 1984, on a specially designed layout, the Circuit Grand Prix (” Grand-Prix Strecke” in German).
Jackie Stewart nicknamed the old track “The Green Hell”.

How to get to the Nürburgring

From France, Belgium, Netherlands or Switzerland you can get to the Nürburgring by yourself with your car and enjoy the ride on the german unlimited autobahn ! 
What a feeling to push your car at 200km/h on open road without the fear to loose your driving license ! German drivers are very disciplined and aware of each others on the road. Although there is no speed limit, it feels much safer than other European motorways.
